Original recipe makes 6
1/2 Doz Eggs Hard Boiled
3 Tbs Mayonaise
2 Tsp Brown Mustard
1 Tbs Relish
Dash Salt and Pepper

Total Time: 0 Hrs 30 Mins

Boil eggs for 10 minutes then immediately immerse into an ice bath. The fresher the eggs the easier they are to peel. After the eggs completely cool in the ice bath peel them and wash them to make sure the peels are all removed. Slice the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yokes in a bowl and add all ingredients. Mash yolks and mix the ingredients with a fork until smooth. Fill OodleTip with the Yolk mixture and cut the tip 1/2 way for a medium star design. Fill hard boiled eggs using the OodleTip, then decorate with parsley, strips of pimento or capers. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Hint: You can create the yolk mixture the night before, place it in an OodleTip bag and keep it refrigerated until ready to use the next day. Keep egg whites in a Ziploc.
